Cancer
Cancer is defined as an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells, either benign or malignant, on or within the human body. Malignant tumors have the potential to spread from its original area to the surrounding tissues and to other parts of the body.
The blood type theory states that the severity and one's predisposition to cancer varies from blood type to blood type; each blood type copes differently. As such there is no one medicine or treatment has a similar impact on everyone. Specialized diet, tailored exercise routines and supplementation plans are required to fight against cancer.
Diabetes
Diabetes is a disease that impairs the body’s ability to use food efficiently. Insulin, which is produced by the pancreas, helps your body change food into energy. Diabetes occurs when either the pancreas fails to make insulin or the body cannot properly use the insulin.
The blood type diet complements conventional medication provided by you doctor. The diet will help you lose weight and gain active tissue mass by including the most efficiently digested and metabolized foods for your blood type.
Cardiovascular Disease
The health of the cardiovascular disease is dependent on a complex blend of factors namely, diet, exercise, stress and the effect of other diseases and lastly the genetics. Most problems with the heart stem from the narrowing of the coronary arteries. The process begins with the development of fats which lines along the major blood vessels.
Each blood type can develop elements of cardiovascular disease, each appears to do so for different reasons. When you understand your individual risk factors, based on your blood type, for cardiovascular disease, you gain new control over your health.
Weight Management
Obesity is a big health concern in our society. Many of us have diligently dieted and exercised, but to no avail.
There is a strong co-relation between blood type and weight maintenance. Some people seem to be able to lose weight and keep it off, while others struggle. Some kinds of food seem to make some people put on weight but have no effect even when taken in large quantities, on others.
